Canine vasectomies (self.zoophilia)

Does anyone have experience of any sort with a male dog who has undergone a vasectomy? In humans, the ejaculate volume is reduced by 5%, but does the canine lack of seminal vesicles affect this to a greater or lesser extent, or is there no difference? Is enthusiasm affected to any significant level?
Any information at all would be appreciated.
I don't personally, but I have a few friends who do have vasectomized male dogs. There's no discernable difference in semen or in behavior.
Thank you very much.

In humans it's tube tying. Idk about dogs.
Yep, tubal litigation. The process is identical to that of humans.
What would be the point of a canine vasectomy? Either you want him to breed, or you neuter him. If you want him for sex, then why bother because a dog can't make a human pregnant.
Some places have laws that dogs and cats must be fixed unless you are a licensed breeder.
It's entirely hypothetical, because I don't live with any dogs right now, though I'd like to have one male and one female at some point. I wouldn't want to separate them while the female is in heat as is traditionally done, and I also wouldn't be entirely keen to stop them having sex with each other.
Vasectomies for males are far less invasive procedures than litigations are for females, so the shorter recovery time is beneficial.
The point? Dogs enjoy sex too. A full neuter is cruel. They lose their testosterone and it causes health problems. A vasectomy would allow him to be a fully functioning male without impregnating a female. Taking away his manhood is just wrong. Allow him to have sex with females in heat as nature allows...just no babies.
Or from the human/dog relationship...say a person has a female and male dog but believes that removing a males testicles is wrong or mutilating a female is wrong. That dog will maintain a fully functioning sex drive, will still ejaculate, and can still have fun with his human friends.
