Hello from Korea (self.zoophilia)
submitted 2014-10-14 00:54:45 by sarangkae

Hello everyone. I just learned of this subreddit yesterday so I thought I would make a post to introduce me. I am a 19 year old girl from South Korea. I have been just reading on reddit for a few months now, but only posted recently. I like reddit because I think it helps me practice English, and I hope posting will help too.

I am not attracted to any people, but instead I am attracted to dogs especially my dog. He is a 3 year old Jindo, which are a Korean dog originally from Jindo Island in Korea. This is what they look like. Cute, right? That is not a picture of my dog, but he does look very similar.

I am excited to meet other people with the same interest in dogs that I do, or anyone else too. So I look forward to meeting you!

Just to warn you this is a dangerous lifestyle for us and our loved ones, often when people are caught the animal is put down. I'm happy to see you here but please stay safe and try to keep personal info personal.

Hi, nice to meet you. Cute dog.

I try not to get depressed about the taboo surrounding zoophilia, but it is better safe than sorry. You may not have problems with East Asian religions, but be wary about Abrahamic religions. They can cause you a lot of problems.

I'm a 31 year old male in America interested in female dogs. Right now, I am living with my parents (culturally in the West, I should be living on my own by now). It's okay, but I feel like a Hikikomori.

My favorites are:

  • German Shephard
  • Rottweiler
  • St. Bernard

Other animals of interest include:

My main interests include:

  • computer science
  • music
  • drawing
  • video games

Hi, that is indeed a beautiful dog!

I wish we could trade English lessons for Korean lessons! I have some korean family so it would be fun to get better at the language.

I have some training and experience in teaching English and I am educated to postgrad level, so I might be helpful to you.

If you want to try that via skype you could PM me a skype name or something, but do think about Tundry's advice earlier about privacy and security, particularly if you are active. Maybe you could make a throwaway skype or msn account if you wanted to get into voice chat :)

Hi there.

I am from Europe. Just wanted to say hello and welcome, too. Those Jindos look very sweet! But for me it's horses, so I am out of conversation already :P

Hello and welcome!

Since we're talking nationality, I'm Australian.

I'm personally not attracted to humans either, so we have that in common. Jindo are certainly very sexy... you're lucky. :)

A word on privacy and anonymity - it's important to protect yourself. Assuming you are not already, here is a short guide to staying safe and secure. As /u/Waterteck said, the consequences of negligence can be dreadful. If you choose a VPN, here is an overview of providers - go for green. :)

Ohh, that's a nice looking dog! It is a pleasure to meet you and I hope your experience here goes well. Safety is key! Also, if you start getting "hit" upon by folks who won't take a no, please let someone know about it. We'd hate to see you run off but some people just cannot or will not understand. I'm from Canada, 40ish, and also enjoy the company of horses. Your english is better than a lot of folks here in North America, so kudos to you!

Welcome! I'm a horse guy myself, but you are in good company as far as canines are concerned. (I think the split is about 60%-30%-10%, dog people-horse people-everyone else, with some overlap)

I have never heard of the Jindo before today, but they're a cute breed! Reminds me of a mix between the Shiba Inu and a Golden Lab (without the floppy ears).

That breed of dog is gorgeous, a Shibe on stilts! Your English is great by the way, better than a lot of native English speakers.

I'm in the same boat as you, I'm not attracted to people in any way, but unfortunately I don't have a dog of my own to love.

Please, please listen to what Tundrovyy-Volk has to say, your privacy is the number one thing you need to worry about for the safety of your partner and your own safety.
