Thank you, and goodnight (self.zoophilia)

Before I leave reddit, I just want to say that you folks have been wonderful. I've never been too active in this particular sub, but you all helped me through a rough patch or two whether you knew it or not.

Perhaps I should clarify; this isn't some coy suicide note, or any type of plea for attention. I'm just deleting this account for my own reasons, and I legitimately want to say my thanks before I take off. So, thanks everyone, keep up the encouraging vibes.

I'm going to leave you all with a quote from Shakespeare. I'm sure interspecies relationships were the last thing he had in mind when he wrote it, but still, I feel that it would do the world some good if they could understand this sentiment.

What’s in a name? That which we call a rose by any other name would smell as sweet.

Don't worry about what society labels you as. Love yourselves, love each other, and above everything else; love your mates, because there's a damn good chance they love you back. Thank you, and goodnight.

Thank you for your contribution to the sub and the community at large, and I wish you the very best in the personal reconnaissance you'll undergo on the outside. Whatever your reasons, we stand by and respect your decision.

Thank you for bidding us farewell, too. You will be missed, but ultimately I am glad that this little community did you a service. In the end, that is the purpose it serves, and if it achieves those aims, then it's been successful.

Goodnight, farewell and good luck.

Who was this? I missed it before he deleted the account.

If he wanted to say, he would have done so. While you're welcome to go through old posts, I think we should keep his username unsaid out of respect for his decision.

Sad to see you leave, but thanks for the note. It's better to know that something didn't happen to harm you. I'll miss your thoughtful posts and replies.
