Zoophilia And The Law (self.zoophilia)
submitted 2015-06-17 22:23:51 by [deleted]

Edit: I was having trouble with getting the link in the title but here: Laws

I know it's a Wikipedia page but here are some countries with laws regarding the act of bestiality, some with citations leading to the site where the law can be found.

So make sure you're not anywhere that you can risk getting a whipping, a life-long jail sentence and the death penalty for practicing bestiality and be safe :)

The wiki page was last modified on the 23rd of May 2015, at 19:14. But who knows if most of this is accurate. But always make sure wherever you are.

I don't know any other sites of lists like these.

Brazil is still my ideal place to be :)

The politics and government in Brazil are pretty damn lame, and I don't know if I could survive that climate... I'm still holding out hope for the U.S. myself.

Sadly I've given up on America and their media and mainstream culture and want to move out of the country. Then again I don't know if moving to another country will really make a difference especially when regarding tolerance to zoosexuals. I just want to ultimately get away from people and not be bothered by the human species, which is why I'm trying my hardest to be able to achieve that goal with the bit of hope I have with this life I live.

You sound like you've never heard 2's thing for therians, the human who wasn't.

http://2-gryphon.livejournal.com/36210.html

You can walk away or you can stay and fight in whatever way you can manage. Nobody can make that choice for you. But 2's story points out that therians too often want to walk away when they are called to fight, and the bed they're making isn't one they should want to sleep in.

You may not be a therian. The message is still of value.

Sorry but I'm a little confused on what you are trying to say to me or how this applies to what I said but In relation I explained the fact that in spirituality I'm not a human but would closely relate to what many would call fictionkin in the autozoophilia thread here (sadly it's hard to know what new things people post when there is no way of figuring it out):

A Piece From That Thread

...I didn't choose to be the way I am. I explored further into my species dysphoria because I already acted different from the standard human. Even though I'm still exploring that side I would relate closely to a parasitic being of darkness (something like that) after various encounters with entities and studies on the subject. Identifying my 'phantom' limbs, my lust and desire of darkness and noticing my increase of the desire for meat especially raw and human flesh is something that was already present in my personality same with my violent nature and not something I decided "Hey it would be cool if I acted like this". I might growl, hiss, make weird noises etc. When I look at stuff of things snuff or zombies eating people makes me hungry with the desire and passion of wanting to eat the organs of a creature. Usually nothing 'exotic' happens when I'm passive but once I get pissed off or have one of my panic attacks that's when everything really comes into effect (embarrassing but true)... Autozoophilia

Don't assume anyone has read any of your posts save the thread they reply to.

What I am saying is, if you run away, you enable people to continue hating on zoophiles and by extension to continue to persecute and prosecute them.

If you stay, maybe you can change a mind or two, and that's a small bit of ground you can scrape out that would have been lost otherwise.

Leaving the United States means giving up on the notion that any given person could make a difference. The American dream is about every person matters and we eke out progress bit by bit, not about every person is a millionaire.

Re: Everything else, try joining the werelist? If you do, shoot me a whisper here and I'll connect you to me there.

To be honest I don't consider my existence here to make a difference to the world while I'm alive in this human body. I'm focused on discovering more about myself, this metaphysical philosophy of existence and to develop more in strength, gain knowledge and other things that are only confidential to Shadow and I.

I will support zoos, sign petitions etc. but to keep myself from snapping I rather keep distance from humans as much as possible...There are more reasons regarding this but it's hard to explain.

I also have no interest in participating in therian or otherkin community sites, sorry. Just something I don't do anymore due to the fact I don't get along with those groups same with furries and other spiritualists....

Werelist is made up of rational people, not roleplayers.

Savage's thing is "Werelist is for adults to talk, not for children to play."

If you cannot participate in a rational community, it says more about you than most other things could.

I took a glimpse of the site. It's not about roleplaying or being rational it's just that I don't get along with most people (and Humans) at all...I'm more comfortable sharing things like that with my fiance.

I've learnt that life is about making the most of your current circumstances. Whether you like it or not, the US is one of the best places to be a zoo. Lax and stubborn lawmaking, isolation in some areas, the ease of owning property...

I am not American, and bestiality is prohibited in every state here. So find the good in the States, and stay before you move and soon realise that it's not better elsewhere.

Edit: Brazil may be better on the lawmaking front, but higher crime and greater social issues make life there more miserable on average. Unless you have family or other ties there, I can't see it being an improvement.

Once I can find a place here where I can be mostly alone and able to support myself without the need of help for the majority then that's all that matters..

A lot of the states where it's not illegal are pretty nice places. Hawaii, New Hampshire, Texas, Vermont, and if you're into Vegas it's not illegal in Nevada either.

Don't forget Wyoming, if splendid isolation is your cup of tea.

Something I'm curious about...

There are a number of states that have it illegal, BUT their wording is vague (like it says crime against nature) and/or the wording says "with man or beast". I'm wondering if it could be argued that these laws either don't apply to bestiality (interspecies sex happens in nature, after all) or are not legally enforceable because they are sodomy laws that have been overturned.
