Zoophiles have many reasons why members of the animal kingdom here important to their lives and here are mine. Most notable referring to wild/feral animals but some of my reasons can apply to domesticated ones;
• Non-Human animals to not subject themselves to human social norms.
• Non-Human animals don't need to feel morally 'correct' thus the common human laws such as murder and cannibalism do not apply to them in their little place on the planet.
• Non-Human animals to me are the equivalent to freedom as they do not limit themselves with a society breathing down their backs following restraining, illogical orders both mentally and physical that prevent their inner sense of freedom.
• Non-Human animals are naturally intelligent and do not try to prove their intelligence among other species much like humans do.
• Non-Human animals do what comes natural to them, and do not let social anxiety of the populous contain them.
• Non-Human animals partners can and have reduced anxiety and panic attacks in myself and many others.
So what you are saying is that animals are more "raw" and honest with their feelings compared to humans.
In ways, yeah.
