I can't believe it's at the point where I thought, "Oh, a class 6 felony? That's not so bad."
Well, truth be told I can believe it completely, it's just sad is all. I should be offended by the fact that this is criminalized the first place, but instead, I'm just pleasantly surprised when the justice system doesn't become the complete opposite of its name.

I might not agree with this man's methods whatsoever, but the article doesn't give enough detail to make me hate the guy for trying to get close with a horse. Stay smart everyone. Just because you're paranoid doesn't mean they aren't after you.
And this is why you dont post to craigslist or wherever specifically for hookups. I guess when youre desperate and horny logic goes out the window.
When I saw this my first thought was "Hm, wonder if it's that nerd who was over here asking about horses to fuck."
I am still having trouble to understand what is and what isn't entrapment.
They exchanged 'numerous' phone calls with him.
They recorded video for him.
They provided horses to him.
He didn't actually do anything, that seems to be the fact looking at physically existing evidence.
And now he is the only one in this who 'conspired'?
thoughtcrime anyone?
Video evidence So apparently it was the morality sherif Arpaio who was involved.

All the stings in Arizona involve him yet people still respond or post ads to Craigslist advertising sex with horses in Arizona.
My thought exactly. A real wtf moment.
