The overwhelming majority of content on reddit comes from wonderful, creative, funny, smart, and silly communities. That is what makes reddit great. There is also a dark side, communities whose purpose is reprehensible, and we don’t have any obligation to support them. And we also believe that some communities currently on the platform should not be here at all.
Previously, it was mentioned that the new CEO Steve Huffman plans to make Reddit "more profitable." And something tells me that advertisers aren't going to promote their products on a site where forums like this are hosted.
So, if you're interested in particular content on this subreddit or others, I strongly recommend saving them while you can.
This is disheartening but we'll just have to wait and see. We've still got other communities where we can connect, at the very least.
This subreddit does a lot of good, it would be terrible if it were deleted just because reddit was not "profitable" enough.

I just wish the bestiality subreddits didn't exist :/ That's too much of a grey area being encroached on by people who don't know/care enough about the subject.
That just goes to show there's a huge difference between zoophilia and bestiality. From what I've seen, most of the people that frequent things like /r/sexwithdogs are just into watching girls getting humiliated. It kinda disgusts me.
This, to me sounds a bit hypocritical and funny actually. To have consent over "love" of animals, but not condone the act of humiliation, even when the person is giving consent over it. Isn't this kind of shunning the reason why people of this subreddit have to "lay low" in the first place?
This is not hypocritical at all. The actual humiliation for the woman is to have sex with a dirty animal because she´s such a slut she even let animals fuck her. This plainly degrades the animal as something disgusting. Without this idea, there would be no humiliation. The animal is seen as a sex toy, as a means of degradation and tha animal´s feelings aren´t of much interest. The only thing that´s important: the animal must perform. Zoophilia is about mutual LOVE, the sex part is included in this, but it only makes 5% of a zoophile relationship. The other 95% are about caring for the animal, getting to know it better each day...well, LOVE, you know. If anyone feeling this deep emotional bond sees an animal been abused as a live sex toy or a means of degradation, he/she naturally is opposed to this. We zoos see the animal´s personality, it´s "soul"...and it hurts us when it is belittled as a small detail within a humiliation fantasy of some twisted guy.

I know a feminist who was upset to find a student group was hazing (male) newcomers by forcing them to cross-dress. It was not the degradation of the men that was the problem (she was also into BDSM), but the implication that they thought that "looking like a woman" was a degrading thing. Likewise, if one is being degraded by having sex with animals, that in turn degrades animals. Many of us, between x2 and x4 the general population depending on how you interpret the survey results, are animal-rights advocates: we don't want animals to be degraded.
I do too to be honest. No new content is posted there and all it does is paint us in a bad way.

I'm glad you pointed this out, hopefully they don't decide to go the same route. I feel like we are all nomads with all of this getting shut out and migrating every time a company decides to be a jerk to us.

I have been told that many of the "higher ups" in Anonymous, such as they are, think that OpBeast is damaging their cause by making claims which are so clearly propaganda. It's a bit of a shame that despite that, public figures are willing to use us as a punching bag.
At least someone in anonymous is paying attention.

I just saw and was coming to this sub to post it, but you beat me to it.
Not sure what I am going to do if reddit gets super prejudiced considering I rely on reddit as a source to post pro-zoo political material that cannot be posted on any other site except a zoo forum where no non-zoo can ever see it. And to be honest, I do not like the zoo forums, way too many rules stacked against me.
What are the rules on the zoo forums that you say are stacked against you?
ZF has a rule about posting personal info "for our own good". I'm an open zoophile and have been for years, I should be able to have links to my external profiles and whatnot in my forum profile and signature if I want to. ZF's paranoia shouldn't have to impact me too. I know what "is best" for me thanks, I don't need a babysitter. I complained about that a couple of times and was met with ridicule.
When Zoosexuality.org? (forgot domain name) was up and running, the moderator was a downright asshole to me...calling me all sorts of names and everything, all because I called out my ex BF as a rapist and an animal abuser because he made his dog bleed and yelp all around the house because she was too small for him, not to mention he would make his dog attack/bite me on purpose and laugh about it. Yet, I'm the bad person for opening my mouth and got threatened with a ban. The other mod was good, although he'd be better if he stood up against that sort of BS.
BF...well, I'm sure most of you all know why BF is ridiculous. Between their strict "don't talk back to the mods or we'll ban you!" policy, their picture/video theft/exploitation of the site's users, the fact that I can't relate to 99% of their users because they just want to use animals as fuck toys and their rules that read like a novel - That site probably has me turned off from it the most out of all of these.
I've never had a problem with ZD, but they are unfortunately dead.
I honestly haven't found a better forum than the old beastboard.net . I really miss that place and its people.

What's funny about what you say about ZF is that I've seen users post (fairly indirect) links to their outside profiles that have photos of themselves and their approximate location.
On a similar note... the url for images hosted on furaffinity contains the username of the person who posted it. If privacy matters to you, maybe don't put links to images hosted on your fa on zoo websites/forums.
It was a long time ago that I was last at ZF (6-7 years or so ago). Maybe their rules have changed since then.

Nothing's going to happen because most redditors couldn't give two shits about people who want to fuck animals. They only care about racists and sexists. that's all anyone ever talks about when someone brings up sub banning. They only talk about subs like TRP or coontown.
