Need some "Good News" stories. (self.zoophilia)
submitted 2015-07-19 01:23:38 by electricfoxx

Does not have to be much. Would like if related to zoophilia or animals, though.

Some of my stuff:

  • I accept myself as a zoophile.
  • I don't have glaucoma.
  • I am healthy.
  • I have control of my depression.
  • I am drawing more furry art.
  • I am finding more furry friends.

Don't know why you marked this as NSFW if your example is anything to go off. Unless you're expecting explicit stories... Anyway, here's mine:

I accept myself as a zoophile. I have friends who know and accept I am a zoophile (not just on this subreddit) and am in the process of judging who else I can trust with that knowledge. I like furry art. I am healthy. I used to have depression. I enjoy a relatively easy-going lifestyle. I'm a fan of Halo, Gears of War and Assassin's Creed (not the recent titles). My dad survived brain cancer and is recovering.

I want this is be a place free of judgement. NSFW kind of hides it from wandering eyes. (However, don't post personal information.)

The first time I told my parents I was bisexual, I was scared shitless. Goddamn, that was an awful experience. I thought I would definitely be kicked out of the house. They were actually fine with it. At my university there was an LGBT center, but in actuality the college was really liberal and I didn't feel scared there.

I accept myself as a zoo, and I have friends outside the internet who also accept me as a zoo. One of whom continues to accept me after having converted from agnostic to Christian.

Thanks for the reply.

Pretty sure Jesus would be accepting of the zoos of his time. But, then again, I never lived during the time that Jesus lived, therefore I wouldn't know for certain.

I think he would have been accepting as he was of most 'devients' regardless of if it is a sin or not He taught that it is about loving thy neighbor, and that we all have faults/sins.

I have a summer job; I have more people in real life than I can count on one hand that know I'm a zoo, and I haven't yet had a bad experience telling anyone; as a follower of Jesus Christ I think I have a good grasp on the relationship between Christianity and zoosexuality/bestiality, and, though I'm not where I want to be, I know that He can get me there; and I have a beautiful dog whom I love dearly despite our relationship not being sexual.

I think sexuality is on multiple continuums, one of which is physical intimacy.

as a follower of Jesus Christ

The religiosity of some in this group does surprise me.

Here's some good news: I fell into a new theater group near me whose director really likes Edward Albee and Samuel Beckett. Showed up to an improv workshop, and as it turned out they needed someone to sit there and react to a long monologue from Albee's "A Zoo Story" (which reminds me a little of "Awkward Conversations"), featuring a big black dog who is described as "malevolence with an erection. I did that performance, received compliments for my reactions, and was invited to workshop the whole play, as well as possibly directing a production of "Waiting for Godot." I also saw an extremely funny play directed by a friend, and by coincidence saw two black labradors on the way there (my first love and my crush share that breed), as well as a zoo joke in the program ("If I'm not careful, my wife might leave me for an Irish Wolfhound.")

If things go well, I might be able to find willing people to do a zoo play. Also, doing other theater and improv stuff, which might involve zoo stuff a little (I planted the idea in the director's head, here's hoping he takes it). In addition, I just got a new job where the boss has as part of his goal (as stated to me) that I make a lot of money, and run things while he takes a more passive role. School starts again in a month, and my goal is to get my associates in a year and be completely done with my requirements in two.

Also, the Fallout 4 reveal at E3. I love as much as everyone else the new crafting system and Mass Effect style voice acting, but I think zoo gamers here will agree that Dogmeat has been massively improved and given more character. Plus you can play fetch with him! Maybe I'll learn to mod for that game and put in a romance with him, who knows?

In short, things are going about as well as I have any right to expect. Maybe I'll even start making videos again in a while, since I'll have a little more time for it. Plus I have new software and hardware to make them a little better.

Im moving and it will give me the chance to adopt a second dog, so that's nice. I'm going to try and adopt a certain dog out of a neglectful home and I'm hoping everything will work out well. My hopes are probably set a little high but I'm feeling confident.

I have received several private messages from people who would pay me well to see more of my writing!

Well... a couple of them were creepy and cheap and wanted me to like, insert them into the story and some other messed up ideas, but still, it's kind of a boost that there are least some people who would really want to read more. I'm looking for an online publisher that doesn't require me to sugar-coat my own darn memories by writing my story like my partner was a sentient furry or a werewolf or something and can guarantee anonymity.

Good news for me:

I´m a big tattoo afficionado and already heavily inked, the newest tattoo being a big portrait of my mare on my throat. I´m looking forward to complete a full suit within the next years, horse themed, of course. And as an essential part of that, I always had the idea to get both my legs tattooed so they appear as biomechanic horselegs. Last week, my tattoo artist finally agreed to make it happen after declining the idea several times before because he was unable to imagine what I wanted. To give you an idea of what it will look like: google "Thirty Thirty", it´s a character from an old 80s cartoon. His bipedal form should give you the right notion on what I intend to get done here. The tattoos will cover my legs entirely, from hip to foot and will be less comiclike, more organic, robotic, biomech like...like an armor made of several layers overlapping. I really am happy to finally get the ok from my artist as to my knowledge, such a tattoo has never been done before and the outcome/actual appearance will be a surprise for both of us.

I might be getting another source of income which I can use to lease a horse. I also accept myself as a zoo.

Here's my good news:

-I finally have a roof over my head and a stable place to live after being homeless for quite a while. Which feels amazing

  • I was able to keep my pigeons through all the turmoil. if I'd had to re home them I don't think I would have survived this last year.

-baby pigeons squeee

-making money from my art

  • I have access to this awesome place to talk with people about zooness, something I never thought I'd have until I discovered this place six months ago or so. I'm not the most active poster but I drop in on a regular basis, and it makes me feel so much less alone.

  • I am on the road to fully accepting myself as a zoo, in much part thanks to this place. I didn't know communities like this existed when I first started noticing I was 'different' at around 14, four years later I'm so happy to have found this place

  • did I mention baby pigeons??

-i have a hen who is my lady friend that I love very much, is healthy and likely to share many more years with me.

  • I'm building them a new aviary which will double their living space

  • I'm about to go to a really sweet music festival

So nice reading this thread, good idea(:
