The Art of War might as well have been in part, given how important horses were on the battlefields of the past!
Did Sun Tzu ever mention getting frisky with the beasts however ;)

It seems unethical too. I can't imagine the horse was very happy that there was some weird guy who it didn't even know trying to get at its crotch.
As I said and will always say:
A shame... a shame that really didn't have to be. It's also a reminder not to do things like this. It's the world we live in, kids...
