Sure, you can look at anyone and find positive qualities. It's how many they have and how good they are vs the harmfulness of the bad ones that makes you a good or bad person.
And to be fair, I did a report on Hitler years and years ago. If it weren't for his meth addiction (officially it was a "Vitamin package," but it was really just meth with some other crap), he probably would be remembered in a very different light. It drove him off his rocker in several ways. Not justifying his actions by any means, but showing that anyone, even people starting with good qualities, can and have fallen off the deep end.

He wasn't genocidal in the sense he had not killed people. What was going on in his head is certainly up for debate, however.

Unsure of the logic of that, but ok... Speaking from someone who was force fed (not literally, but the other option was living on the street) high doses of Adderall for a while, which is essentially a meth derivative, it does a lot more than "make you competent"
