I know that for me, and for many others, there isn't a real answer to "why" this sexuality is appealing. I can list reasons why I appreciate it now, but the original reason why I started feeling this way in puberty is beyond me.

Do you have any more specific questions or concerns?

Is this a 'psychologically what may have caused it' or a 'how do you think a dog is hot'?

Nobody really knows the answer to the first one, though it seems to be common for zoos to have experiences with/interest in animals at a young age. Obviously, growing up with a dog watching nothing but nature documentaries doesn't turn everyone zoo, so there's probably other stuff going on psychologically, and possibly even genetic predisposition. There's not really much research done on the subject that is both formally conducted and isn't done on populations of prisoners.

The reasoning though for why animals are attractive is pretty circular. They're attractive for zoos because they're attractive. What specifically is attractive might vary, but ultimately trying to explain why is going to boil down to 'because it is'. If you're attracted to humans, try to explain why, especially if you're attracted to just one gender.

How precisely do you expect us to "pm you" when you've deleted your account?

I struggled with answering "why" for a long time. In retrospect, it was denial on my part. So long as there wasn't a good answer to "why" then I figured I must not really be zoosexual. At some point, I realized whatever the reason, I couldn't deny that I feel what I feel and want what I want.

this reads like a thinly veiled request to have someone explain their fantasies to you so you can jerk off over them.

Maybe they posted this while drunk and then regretted it. Or something like that.

Well, I guess I am "born" like this, I didn't choose this sexuality, it chose me, I guess. Even if it was possible to make me "normal", I wouldn't want that. It's a part of me, and I'm happy with it.

Enjoy? It's a genuine attraction to one's preferred non-human. We can go into the details on what makes them attractive to us, but it just is what it is.

In my case. I was mostly a loner growing up. Never had too many close friends or even family that I could turn to for that matter. In my young teenage years, I was given a puppy. I also came to the conclusion that I, myself had a mentality that was more canine than human in nature by comparing my own behavior and traits to those exhibited by both wild and domestic canines.

In my later teenage years, I was always exiled and rideculed from society, especially from the opposite sex. This made finding a girlfriend very difficult, if not impossible. By the time that I turned 17, I realized that I had fallen deeply in love with my dog, Shady. She was the only one who understood or cared about me, so I was convinced. One night, she was in heat and giving me signals that she wanted me. I gave into what I had already considered and we became mates in every sense of the word.

Yes, I do find dogs more physically appealing and better, when it comes to the aspects of sex and I also consider them to be far more loyal and devoted on an emotional level. I've had a few girlfriends, human ones, over the years but none of them have ever worked out. Amongst them, one of them was a zoo as well. I'm still seeking that special human girl that can understand and relate to my sexuality. I guess in a sense, I could be considered polyamorous because I seek the love and companionship of both a human and a canine female.

As far as pinpointing why, I haven't got a clue but I really wouldn't change anything.
