anyway, you'll probably be ok. You have an immune system that protects you from the poo particles you ingest just from having the dog around, youve probably got it pretty strong now. Obviously if anything changes you should think about seeing a doctor but if you feel normal then you have nothing to worry about.

I know little about the risks of disease transmission with these kinds of things, but just from what I have seen there are basically no people reporting that they have contracted a disease from their animals here or in other communities. And for example on 8chan /zoo there is a thread where people report doing far less sanitary things and they still don't seem to get sick from it.
So my suggestion is: Don't be paranoid, there are people doing stuff like this all the time and they are fine. I believe that it's even unclear whether rimming a dog is significantly more dangerous than rimming a human.
Of course the risk of disease transmission is not zero, so in case you do feel sick, just go to a doctor and tell him something nonspecific like that you think you may have contracted something from your dog, but not how or why.
