With all this BS with porn/nudity subs being shut down, underage stuff, political nonsense, etc (most of which and more I'm completely ignorant about) it seems all bestiality and related subs were shut down. What's going on?
The servers are in cali. All that shit is illegal in cali. When we do illegal things and the media finds out reddit pulls it.

No. Videos of doing something in a state that is illegal is just as illegal. Like you can't take videos of you murdering someone or raping a kid, then its called evidence.
