This upcoming movie seems to have a strong "zoo flavor" and is said to feature some scenes that can hardly be understood as something else than a sexual relationship between a woman and a wolf.
The movie surely is intended to serve as criticism of our "civilized" world, but does not shy away from telling the "whole story" and does not evade the highly controversial issue of zoophilia.

Of course it would be silly to expect full blown "wolf porn" running in your local cinema, but the previews I´ve read so far imply that this movie isn´t titled "Wild" for nothing. Funny though such a movie isn´t torn apart by public opinion beforehand as the German illegalisation of sexual actions with animals only dates back 2 and a half years.

The movie will hit German cinemas in mid April, all you non Germans in here have to hope for localized versions as I haven´t seen any hint suggesting this movie will come to other European countries or run in cinemas overseas anytime soon.

30-30 do you find wolves sexy? I know I do.

No, I´m not into any other species besides equines. I´m not even interested in zebras or donkeys, a "strictly into horses" guy here...;) With ponies, it depends very much on height as I´m not into those small breeds like falabellas and miniature horses.

Do we know if this is getting any kind of general release yet? Looks like the best 'pro' zoo film yet.

It has been released two days ago in Germany.

Since it was at sundance it will probably get a limited US release. It will almost certainly be available on iTunes.

I REALLY hope this gets some kind of release (dvd, online, or otherwise) here in the USA so I can see it. I'm very interested and I know a few of my friends are as well. I heard about it when it premiered at Sundance and I really hope I'll get to watch it. At the very least if it doesn't get a USA release I hope it'd show up on pirating sites or iTunes or something with subtitles, like other foreign films do.

She seems alittle insane,

Still would watch.

The movie´s intention is to show the divergence, the disconnection of our daily, "civilized" reality tunnel compared to life´s reality on an animalistic level. It asks how much of the original animal is still left inside the modern, civilized humans and what it takes to evoke this primordial being again. For a "civilized" human being, this may look like insanity; but for someone experiencing a similar shift of life´s focus, the "civilized" humans may look even more insane and disconneted to what life is really all about.

Something´s desperately missing in our modern, "civilized" society: this film hints at what this might be...
