No, he isn't, and I will never get him neutered unless it is causing him clear pain or discomfort. I also only bathe him if he's actually dirty (rolled around in something). I do not force him into things he does not want to do anymore than a parent sometimes has to make their children do things for their own well being. And that's because I don't see him as "my property" I see him as a family member.
