First, you need evidence of a crime. You have some evidence of state crimes here, granted. (Misdemeanors in most places, felonies in a few.)
A site such as reddit will require a US federal warrant, though.
Bestiality is not a federal crime.

I didn't really find an argument in there that is actually supported by anything. Notice how the author placed several links in the first part of the article, but once they came to the part where they were actually talking about it, there are no links anymore. It becomes "it's not really similar to sex with children, but I think it still is".
