1.) It is an exe program link. Running this could do anything.
2.) There is no possible legit way it could know your reddit account credentials.

Oddly, a VirusTotal scan comes up clean.
On the other hand, it's also supposedly an installer for a Chinese word processor. I have no idea how that counts as a "new chat forum".
I noticed that when scanning it myself for kicks. Weird as heck.
