Shampoo and soap are usually bad for genitals. They can generate infections and make it itch. As far as I know, the closest thing to that that is safe is netural soap (the vanilla one you use to wash clothes). But I'm still not entirely sure if it's even safe to use in such situations.
I know nothing about lube but my advice would be to not use shampoo or anything similar at all.

if you really cant buy a lube (and yes other people, there are times where you literally cant), spit can be used as lube, as long as your mouth is clean and you take it easy. coconut oil and olive oil (the thick kind) will also work, though you really should clean her after, since leaving it in can and probably will cause a yeast infection.
Really though, as soon as you can, get some real lube like ky jelly.
