Seems like the general consensus is: it's totally okay to touch your dog's genitals for socialization, grooming, medical, breeding or pretty much any other purpose imaginable, but if you do it to give them pleasure, you are a sick individual and need help. Whatever you do is fine, as long as you include a line claiming you're not a dog molester.
That's the secret, uh? If I ever get caught, I'll simply say: "I may sleep with dogs, officer, but I swear I'm totally not a dog molester!"

I do think it's a bit weird. My dog Remington had the biggest nuts on Earth and I tried as hard as I could to avoid them ... still, they were like two Volkswagen Beetles ... mini baby-factories. I had no desire to touch them even if it was a'ight with him.
