How do you guys feel about polygamy? (self.zoophilia)

Do you prefer multiple animal partners, or just one?

It depends on a person's morals. I see nothing wrong with it. There are plenty of zoos with more than one partner, especially those who are not exclusively attracted to animals.

If you are going to hang out with a stallion, polygyny is required. Other animals may have other ways.

I tend to focus on one partner, but I have no problem with multiples. I try to treat everyone fairly and to not play favorites too much.

Yeah I agree with you. If I were to ever have more than one partner I'd try to spread the love evenly.

I have no objection to polyamory. I don't know if it's something I'd personally be interested in though. I'm leaning towards "no," but I'm not experienced enough to really say that with confidence. For other people though, I strongly defend their right to polyamory, and think polygamy ought to be looked at from a legal standpoint.

I have always preferred one.

The concept of polygamy has never been something I understood, I have always been deeply monogamous. That being said, I have no problem at all with people who are polygamous, mostly because I quite honestly just cant understand/dont know about it so I take a neutral stance instead.

Im sure you will find some individuals here who are polygamous, whether it be with more than one animal or an animal and another human.

I would have different partners of different species, but I would generally only be with one of each at any given time.

I've got two dogs, and I gotta say in a more ideal situation I think only one would be better. Don't get me wrong I love my guys to death, but our dynamics are different than from when I just had one dog. However I love the situation we're in regardless.

In regards to people, I don't feel the same way about human mates but I do have a boyfriend concurrently with my dogs and that's ok with me, because he's also zoo and has the same underlying ideologies as me, understanding how important my dogs are to me.

ive never been really monogamous. to me its always been that i could love more than one person, and that's all there is to it.

Most animals (including the ones im attracted to) are polygamous, and i think its wrong to force monogamy on them without a real reason other than you not wanting to let them

Polygamy is the norm for horses. A stallion will have a harem of mares.

UntamedAnomaly 2 points on 2017-09-29 12:17:00

Well, polygamy is male + multiple female relationship (think mormons). I'm not male, nor do I ever plan on keeping a harem of female animals. But, polyamory I'm into. I couldn't see myself ever being monogamous ever again, not with humans or animals.
